Victoria is a Housemaster, Teacher and Librarian working at Sherborne School in Dorset. She has two children who are currently studying at university and 68 schoolboys in her and her husbands care.

Tostada Cooking is a new venture for Victoria, which she hopes, will enable her to develop her creativity through cooking, photography and writing. Tostada is the Spanish word for ‘toast’ and whilst Victoria has no intention of writing a blog about what you can do with toast, she does appreciate the simplicity of certain flavours and dishes! During her many visits to Spain she has enjoyed and appreciated the simple yet delightful combination of toasted bread, tomatoes, garlic and extra virgin olive oil for breakfast and as an appetiser. Whilst this dish is traditionally known as Pan con Tomate, the fact is that the dish is centred on toast with just a few ingredients, hence the blog title Tostada Cooking.

She hopes you will enjoy her travels through taste.
